Sigma Aviation Services are recruiting B737NG TREs for our client airline based in India.
Minimum requirements:
- Valid ICAO / JAA / FAA ATPL
- Current First Class Medical Certificate pertinent to the license held
- Type Rating on B737NG
- Minimum of 4,000 hours total flying experience (SEP&MEP)
- Minimum of 1,750 hours total command experience
- Minimum of 1,250 hours total command experience on type (B737NG)
-1,000 hours of glass cockpit flight
- Experience as approved instructor on the B737NG - 50 hours
- Flown on type within the last 12 months and further completed either
- Experience as approved Check-pilot on type (B737NG) - 10 route checks and one year of working as a check-pilot on the B737NG. (NOTE: Experience as a check pilot will count from the date a pilot carries out first route check)
OR
Experience as approved instructor on another type of aircraft - 50 hours of instructional experience on similar type of aircraft i.e. from one type of jet aircraft to another type of jet aircraft or from one type of turbo-prob/piston engined aircraft to another type of turboprop/piston engined aircraft
- PFC or flight on type within the last 6 months (both effective from the commencement of assignment as opposed to submission of application)
- 58 yrs or under on commencing assignment (candidates flying over
the age of 60 must have approval from their relevant licensing
authority)
Candidates experienced only the B737EFIS must be willing to finance NG
differences training.
Please Note:
- Instructional experience on the approved type simulator may be counted towards the instructional experience on type.
- The total command experience on the type for approval as an examiner shall be relaxable to 750 hours in case of a pilot who has been a functional examiner on another type of aircraft with the same operator for a period not less than one year, and to 500 hours in case of a pilot who has been a functional examiner with the same operator for a period not less than two years.
