For the past few months there has been more Sacramento home buyers than homes for sale(click link to search homes for sale). This is a great time for Sacramento?home sellers and we have have seen multiple offers for most sellers.
On the flip side, it has been rather defeating for a lot of home buyers who are still trying to buy a house. ?I?m always amazed that there are home buyers who have been shopping for a home by themselves. In real estate we are all hoping the tax relief act that expired on December 31, 2012 will be extended. ?It is my belief, that if this Federal bill is not extended, we will more than likely see more foreclosures. ?If logic enters into the mix, Washington will extend the tax relief bill, and we will see more homeowners having trouble paying their house payment see the merits of a short sale and we can avoid further foreclosures?(click link to view foreclosed homes for sale).
